Beautiful morello cherry colour, with brick red sparkles.
Fragrant and delicate in the nose. Refined bouquet, rich and well balanced. The aftertaste is long and persistent.
Varieties:
Tempranillo, Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Preservation:
If well stored, it will improve during the following 2 or 3 years.
Ideal temperature: 15 - 17 ºC
Great with red meat, game, stew, suckling, cured cheese and roast. |
